BEN TEAGUE, DIRECTOR

Ben has over 15 years’ experience managing large scale property and construction projects, holding senior positions with some of Australia’s largest private development and commercial building companies. Ben is a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the development process, bringing a wealth of knowledge as founder and Managing Director of Integra Partnerships.

ALEX SMITH, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Alex managed a structural design team at a multinational consultancy prior to becoming a client-side project manager. Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business (Management).

ELISE TEPERMAN, PROJECT MANAGER

Maximising commercial value and cultural capital, Elise has a multidisciplinary background in development, construction, sustainability, and design, having worked on a diverse array of projects from high-end residential to mixed-use precincts. Elise holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce, Science and Interior Design, with majors in Sustainability and Psychology.

ELIZA TEAGUE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Eliza is a passionate and dedicated professional with over 12 years in the industry, having started her career at Burke Urban, an award-winning private developer. It was here she gained invaluable hands-on experience which she has brought to her role at Integra Partnerships, where she has a focus on financial management.
