Project overview
Newenham is a staged master-planned community comprising 1,000 residential allotments, and additional facilities including a shopping precinct, aged care facilities, and schools. Integra was engaged by the client to provide project management services, including obtaining development approval for the staged subdivision works, the tender, and procurement and management of all construction works.
