Project overview
Grant Street comprises two architecturally designed residences in Noosa Heads. The design features two storeys plus a piled basement set into the sloping site. Each residence comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room, a swimming pool, and alfresco dining area. Integra was engaged by the client to provide development and project management services from development application through to handover. Integra managed the ECI process and was appointed as superintendent to manage the D&C contract.
