Project overview
Clifford Street is a mixed-use development comprising six townhouses, retail tenancies and shop-top housing. Located on the main street in Suffolk Park, the site included a number of constraints; bushfire overlay, significant set backs, and native-tree protection zones. Integra was engaged by the client to provide project management services to assist with the lodgement of the development application.
